Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for, a little something from Zig Ziglar. Our attitude of gratitude applies to everything we do in our everyday lives. It’s not just about being grateful for getting through the difficult times but just the same with the good things that come our way.

It can be as simple as being thankful for the food we are about to eat or being thankful for a new job, good health, a loving family, good friends and even being thankful for setbacks because they are simply detours to where we are supposed to go. This kind of attitude will help us all become stronger, kinder, wiser, and compassionate as we all move forward with our everyday lives.

I’m thankful for every blessing my Jesse and I receive. Sure we’ve had our setbacks and detours, don’t us all. But still, I think we should always be thankful for everything we have and for everything we continue to receive. I think it’s a great way to start and end your day with. Let’s all enjoy life!
